This simple app tracks workouts in the Starting Strength program.
One of the key ideas in Starting Strength is to raise the amount of weight being lifted as often as possible. The best time to decide when to increase weight is right after the exercise is completed, and that’s the key feature of this app.
Similar to running apps that ask “how did you feel?” after exercise, the app lets you set the weight you think you’ll be able to lift on your next workout.
